I have just upgrading from a versa to a versa 2 and It won’t sync my calls or text messages. What’s app and messenger seem to work find.
i have tried the following
1. removing the app
2. hard shut down of both phone and fitbit
3. removing the versa 2 from the Fitbit app and starting again
4. reconnecting bluetooth
5. Double checked the notification settings on the iPhone. Although this wasn’t changed from the versa to versa 2
Not sure what else can be done, any help would be appreciated

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Tried everything. Unfortunately still not working properly. Also it doesn’t appear to be syncing the maps of my runs with the gps.
