Not receiving notifications on Versa - Phone restart required

Mine is exactly the same. I have reset my phone, reset Fitbit, uninstalled the app, deleted the app, re connected my Bluetooth....my phone is obviously compatible because if I do all the above then I start to receive notifications.....then after an hour or so they stop and it shows that same message your getting. 

 

If you find a solution, please let me know. Pulling my hair out.

I appreciate the details that were shared with me and for trying several troubleshooting steps before bringing this to my attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be. To further investigate why are you not receiving notifications with your Versa, can you please specify which phone are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? The problem is affecting all type of notifications or specific ones? (i.e. do you receive phone call notifications but not text)? Are you using other Bluetooth devices with your phone?
