I have a versa and it just stopped receiving text messages about a month ago and this week stopped recovering phone calls. My calendar items are there. It was working fine since May and then just stopped working. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options I could find

Also, go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure all notifications are enabled. If they are, disable everything, then restart your phone and enable everything back.

@Lenza87 Go to Fitbit mobile app and make sure Messages are enabled under Versa's Notifications. If they are, disable them, sync, and enable again. Sync. Can you also take screenshots of the Notification screen of the Fitbit mobile app and the Notifications under your phone Settings?
