I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps from this help article: https://bit.ly/2DrvKGi

It'd be great to know which model of phone you're using to sync your Versa since, if your phone is not fully supported by the Fitbit app, this could be one of the reasons why some features (like notifications, Connected GPS, etc) will not work properly.

Hi, when you have notifications enabled on your Versa (activity screen and in the settings) and on your phone, try the following:

1. Restart your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

2. On your phone, disable BT, close the Fitbit app.

3. Restart your phone, start Fitbit again and enable BT.

See if that solves the problem. Good luck!

Same here! No calls and app notifications at all. Tried all the troubleshooting but to no avail.

So......turns out one of my one year old twin boys turned the notifications off on my Fitbit itself 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:🤦🏼‍:female_sign:

Have you tried holding the single button on the left side down? A screen will pop up that says screen wake and notifications. Mine was set to off which was why I wasn’t receiving them.
