Not receiving phone call notifications on Versa 2

I am receiving all other notification except for calls and the option for me to answer calls are also not working

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi Ricardo!

Yes, I have checked the link you have mentioned about. It was all working fine until day before. Since day before yesterday, the notifications the watch shows when I get a call only stopped working. I get all others notifications though. I uninstalled the app and installed it again to set up my account. I have restarted the watch as well. Nothing works out. I have a OnePlus 7 phone. Please help me out.
