I just purchased my Versa today. Went through the setup process. Everything works except for my text messages are not going to my Versa. I have a samsung galaxy note 5. I have tried everything that I could find to solve this issue. All the steps I tried for the past 3 hours have been unsuccessful. Every time I get a text message my Versa states nothing new here, all caught up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Versa Special Edition and am using it with a Samsung Galaxy S7edge and I get all notifications except for text. Have tried regular using regular messages, not Verizon's Message+, and it still doesn't work! So disappointed -- it was a Mother's day gift and although the fitness portion is good, I wouldn't have had my family spend that much for just a fitness tracker.

Same problem with text and phone call notifications not working at all. Worked fine before the update. I have never gotten email notifications. Very frustrated. Gone through all suggestions. Ready to go back to my basic Charge 2 except I am out $230! Who besides the community do we get help from? I want it to work with all the features!

I have the same problem... Since the update with the replies. Have not received a text since.

Who/what is the source? How did they sort it out? They have created an incident for me and I haven't heard back. Thanks!

The not receiving texts since the update to .15 has been an ongoing issue for everyone. They still have not fixed it, some are able to work around by switching their messaging app from message+ to the stock messaging app. Some, like me with my LG V20, that doesnt work (for me, the phone wont let me switch to the stock messaging app at all) so we are using a work around for now, its an app called Fit Notifications that you can find in your app store/google play store. Then you set the notifications for your messages to that and it will show on your watch but you cant use the quick reply with it. Super easy to do, just follow the step by step guide when you download the app.

I have a Pixel 2, which is technically not compatible. I found some instructions for changing the bluetooth settings in developer mode that has helped my situation. However, I still have to go through a complicated process to reset and reconnect everything as often as once a day. After doing this, (I think) I get all of my notifications again. This is what I have been doing:
It's not a perfect solution, but it works for me.

If this is directed to me, no I have not contacted Customer Service. I doubt they will provide much help if my phone is not "compatible" yet.

Did you try rebooting your phone? That seemed to work for me. I've only received one text so far since the reboot but it went to my versa for the first time.

Good update...
I tried everything and then finally just downloaded a new messaging app. Still didn't work. Downloaded a different one and IT WORKED. It is called Textra. I somehow managed to link my work cell AND my personal to my versa and now get texts from both. I cannot reply on my watch with this app, but that was never a selling point for me. I love this watch now!!
