Not receiving text notifications on Versa 2 with iPhone 11 Pro

I have a iPhone 11 Pro  I bought versa 2 , 2 weeks ago . I have not been able to receive text notifications on watch. I can receive other notifications fine. I tried all the tips shown on here, but noting seems to work.

 

Clearly there is a problem why is there no incentive by Fitbit  to fix this? Daughter has a Apple Watch , think I should have got that one instead!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi Ricardo

I have tried all the troubleshooting, nothing works. My watch is only 3 weeks old. If this if faulty , i would want a replacement watch. I am more than happy to return my current watch or have my money back in order to purchase an Apple Watch

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post, seems odd that you're still experiencing difficulties after trying them. To further investigate, can you please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages app? I'll personally verify that all the settings to receive notifications on your Fitbit device are correctly configured.

I have emailed you the photo shopped images you asked for. I have not received an answer yet. I want to get this sorted or have a refund so I can buy an apple watch instead , where all the features I expect function properly
