So after going back and forth with tech support and literally doing every trouble shooting thing they could think of....... nope still nothing. All they say is it's an ongoing issue and to bare with them. Has anyone been able to correct the issue after text stopped working ?

I have the same identical issue. I have theS10E from Samsung. I am frustrated and have done every single thing from factory reset to reinstalling the fitbit app. What is baffling is that it worked great for about 3 weeks and suddenly it stopped sending my notifications and alerts on incoming calls. Now I have the incoming calls alert working, but still no text notifications.

Yes very annoying. No help and no idea when they will be fixing it.

It seems that downloading google for texting helped some individuals. I tried it. At first, I thought the issue was fixed recieved two texts and then nothing. Back to square one. How about you, any luck?
