Within the last month or so, my Versa no longer receives text / sms notifications on a consistent basis - sometimes it works - sometimes it does not. I have done troubleshooting over the phone with a Fitbit rep - it worked for maybe 2-3 text messages, then stopped. I have restarted phone, Fitbit, and even uninstalled and reinstalled app. Was told that there is a known issue and they are working on it?? Is this correct, and if so, any idea on a timeline? Thank you all for any advice/info!

I just bought my versa lite yesterday and I can’t get any text msgs. I receive phone call notifications.
