Not receiving txt messages and unable to add cards to the wallet

Recently upgraded to the versa 2 . Initially paired ok with txt messages showing up but unable to reply to them.  Performed trouble shooting, unpairing and pairing again.  

Still no luck. All notification setting are correct on phone and watch. 

Unable to add cards to the wallet aswell.  I exchanged it for a new watch.  Same issues. 

For the amount I paid for the watch, one would expect to get a fault free watch.  Looking at so many other reports on this same issue, how can this product still be on sale.  

Very dissapointed

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I appreciate the time you took to share how this situation has made you feel. 

 

I would like you to confirm that you've done this procedure to set your quick replies on your Versa 2. Regarding the issue you're experiencing with Fitbit Pay, double check that your bank is on this list and that you've followed this procedure.

 

Also, please reply to the following questions:

- Which phone are you using with your watch? 

- Which app are you using with quick replies? 

- Are you receiving any error when you're adding a card?

I have the same issue with adding a Starling card ( which is supported) to a Fitbit Sense. I never receive the TXT message which you need to verify the card in the Wallet. I had a card in my original Sense but the Pebble went wrong so a got a replacement which have not been able to add the card too. The phone is running Android 12 July patch level and it is a Nokia 8.3 5g.
