Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I’ve had the versa nearly a year, I’ve just changed my phone and had a new number, and now I don’t receive txt messages on my Fitbit. I receive calls and other notifications but not txts. I’ve been through all trouble shooting steps and everything seems to be switched on to receive them so I’ve no idea what to do next? X

Which new phone did you get, @Rach21x ? Is it on the list of supported devices? If it is not, that could be the reason why you are not receiving notifications.

Thanks carol, it’s an iPhone XR I had an iPhone 6 before so I presume it should still work ok on that. Xx
