For the last two weeks my versa 2 has not recorded a full nights sleep, for 7 days. I have removed it from the app and then reloaded it, I clean the back of it and my arm prior to sleeping. Prior that it was maybe once a week. Any suggestions? I have only had this device a few months.

There are some factors that can affect your sleep records. Please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
