Had a Charge 2 and loved it. Recd Versa Lite for Christmas gift. Floors climbed and activity minutes working till we switched to Versa on Jan 8th.
was not recording data, now today Floors climbed has disappeared.
May have to go back to Charge 2?! 😡

Thanks for letting me know that your Versa Lite isn't recording your details correctly. I understand how you're feeling about not getting accurate floors and active minutes as your previous tracker, let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, please let me clarify that the Versa Lite isn't able to track your floors since it doesn't have an altimeter which helps to detect altitude based on atmospheric pressure. This can be found here.
About the active minutes, these will be recorded based on your exercise's intensity, duration, heart rate readings and calories burned. Since your watch stopped recording this data, please provide me the following details to further investigate:
