My Versa only shows clock or steps (always with zero steps) but is synchronised to iPhone ok. Was working fine...just stopped behaving properly. Also noticed only one green light on the back is on occasionally and am sure more were working all the time before. Tried turning off and on plus factory reset...no joy. Argghhghhh!!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding your Fitbit Versa working properly as it shows only clock and 0 steps on the screen and only one green light is on. Thank you for letting me know that your watch is syncing with your iPhone. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts to turn off your device and do a factory reset. Have you tried to restart your device by doing the following:
Please try changing a clock face, switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
I also recommend checking your screen settings: swipe up from the clock face, tap Settings at the bottom of the screen and select up to 7 stats to track.
