Not swiping/unable to transport new avatar

Hi Fitbit friends! I can’t swipe up/down or side/side with my newish Fitbit Versa Lite. I’ve tried a lot of stuff and nothing helps. I also cannot update my avatar via Snapchat. It gets to 2% then gets disconnected. This has happened several times now even though I have already linked my Snapchat account and used my old Avatar. These things are very irritating. They should be an easy fix.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. Sorry to hear that your avatar isn't transferring to your Versa Lite. 

 

I would like you to restart your Versa Lite. After this, please make sure you're doing this procedure to transfer your avatar to your watch. Could you let me know the phone that you have?
