Not tracking activity and versa screen on standby

My screen only shows the Fitbit logo sign when I move my arm, so I’m unable to see anything on my screen. Also my app on my phone is not tracking any activity. What should I do? Thanks

Is it just the logo or is there a message saying to go to fitbit.com/setup ?

 

If it's just the logo then try restarting the fitbit by holding the button in for 10 seconds. This is safe to do and can sort out all sorts of issues (much the same as rebooting a computer)
