Not tracking actual minutes ride on bike

Verse stop tracking actual minutes riding on the bike. Rode 57 minutes only tracked 17 minutes. 

Does not track my calories burned when swimming every 100 yards.

So if I cycle for an hour its only showing 17 minutes.

I swim 4 days a week it is not showing me my 100 yard stroke or my calories per-100 yards

@Patrick57 You mean Versa does not autorecognize the full ride? Or it does recognize the beginning and end, but your active minutes are low? Can you please elaborate? Thx!

I ride for 55 minutes and it only recognizes 17 minutes.

So I teach spin class and it’s 55 minutes and my Fitbit is only showing 17 minutes. This only started after the last app update.

it also not showing my distance exercise Cues in the swim portion
