Not tracking sleep, HR and activity

The second time in about a month, my versa has stopped tracking my sleep, heart and activity. The only thing it tracks is how many steps per day. Before it stopped working it was showing my heart rate at180+.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with tracking your sleep, heart rate and activity with your Fitbit Versa. If you haven't done so, I'd like you to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. Please monitor your Versa after that and let me know if the issues get fixed.

Regarding the issue with tracking sleep, please try sleeping with the device on your non-dominant hand, if you haven't been doing it already. 

 

If you continue experiencing difficulty with tracking your activities after doing a restart, please let me know the type of activities you're doing and how do you track them (using the Exercise app on the watch or with the SmartTrack feature).
