My device is not tracking my sleep accurately some night. Take last night for instance; I was asleep by 11pm...my device records sleep from 3:15am onwards. I have checked my wrist strap is not too tight/lose. My device was fully charged.
All advice gratefully received.

I am having the same problem the last few nights. The last three nights it is telling me it cannot get a consistent heart rate. The strap is in the same location and tightness as it has been every time I have worn it for over a year now. I haven't changed my sleep position either. All I am getting is the high-level data, which I am not even confident is correct the last few nights. Last night it didn't even give me a numerical score.

Make sure it's in sleep mode.

Hi Grissa,
Yes, I know what you mean. I'm not overly bothered about logging my sleep but it's the principle of #Fitbit stating the device gives accurate readings when it doesn't. It's not as if the watches are cheap to buy.
