Hi! I have the Versa and it was working great. After a month it all of a sudden isn't working when I sleep. I have changed nothing. When I look at my sleep on the actual watch it shows (- -) for all areas. On the app it gives me totally random information. For example the other night it said I went to bed at 9:27 and woke up at 6:00. On top of that it said I had a 55 minute wake time at 11:00. In reality I went to bed at 9:30 ish, have no recollection of a 55 minute wake period and was awake and out of bed moving at 4:30. I have tried to restart the device, update the app and re-sync it with no success.

Hi, hi what I mean with Firmware version, is the version of the Fitbit OS you are using. To explain this any further: go to the settings on your Versa, press it and scroll down to Device Info and press that. On top of the screen it will tell you which OS version you are using.

@tthomps Welcome to the forum! 😊 The -- symbol in the Today app of your Versa (swipe up on the main screen to open) means that there's a delay of syncing back the calculated sleep information from Fitbit mobile app to your tracker. This usually takes several syncs. If Today app does not update stats properly, you can uninstall and reinstall Fitbit mobile app, reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears) and sync several times.
Regarding sleep stages, do you have any sleep presets set, e.g. bedtimes etc.? Please clear them all and sync your tracker. Some users have reported inaccurate sleep stages when having presets on.
