I see several posts about this but no real resolutions… I swim a mile (64 lengths of 25m pool) but my versa 2 rarely gets the distance correct which I’m reading could be due to not enough pause time at the end of each length, which I can correct if I edit the distance, but worse than that it says I’ve only burnt about 40 calories?! Even if I edit the distance it briefly calculates the calories correctly then reverts back… pretty useless if you’re a serious swimmer (which I’m not but I'd still like it to be right!)
my firmware & app are all up to date & I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling…

And, after 4 months, I finally found a fix that works flawlessly.
I bought a Garmin Swim2
There are plenty, half price on ebay (I found mine for ~$100)
lots of stats recorded and settings available included in the base package (no subscription required).
