Not tracking the whole night

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since day 1 I have not gotten a full nights data. It says I went to bed at 10: then woke up at 12:30 then went back to sleep at 2:30 then woke up at 6:00. I definitely was not awake for 2 hours! I did reset my versa but no change. BTW these times are approximate. BUT it happens every night.

I really need this information to see how my sleep apnea is progressing.

Hello @unfit- , let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for restarting your Versa to fix this issue. As you may know, all of our wrist-based devices automatically detect your sleep based on your movement. When you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device assumes that you’re asleep. Additional data—such as the length of time your movements, are indicative of sleep behavior (such as rolling over)—help confirm that you’re asleep or awake. What I'm trying to say is that, maybe you move a lot during your sleep so your Versa automatically detects that you are awake from certain periods of times. So in order to fix this, I'd like you to make sure that you are correctly wearing your Versa. Not too tight and not too loose, so it can properly track your movements during the nights and help you out to control your apnea.

Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for the suggestion. I’m not sure that is the issue. It shows that I am asleep almost as soon as I get in bed. That’s typical since I usually fall asleep right away. But I can’t believe that It shows I’m awake for 2 hours in the middle of the night when I know I’m not. Especially when it’s almost always the same time??
And it always breaks it up into 2 separate sessions.

Thank you for you reply, @unfit- ! I'd like to further investigate this, so I would like you to post a screenshot of your sleep data to take a look and help you out better.

I JUST got a new band today. Maybe that will help. The rubber on that came with it drove me nuts. Tonight, I hope will be different. Will keep you updated.

Sounds great that you have received a new band, @unfit- ! I will appreciate the update. I hope your Versa tracks your sleep without inaccuracies. 🙂

@Qld, welcome aboard my friend! So your Versa is not tracking your sleep completely, right? I guess it is tracking it in two sessions, right? If so, you can restarting it. Just follow these instructions.

Let me know how it goes!

I was just asked if the problem was resolved~~

NO, not even close! No solutions offered just babble about glad it’s fixed. I hope it’s not to late to return. Maybe there is something better out there.
