Not working after latest versa update

After I updated my Fitbit versa tonight,  the Fitbit logo has been on ever since. Can’t get out of it. Ridiculous. Anyone know why and how I can stop it?

Try restarting it by holding the back button (the one on the left) along with the lower right button for less than 10 seconds. Also make sure that your phone is connected to your wi-fi. If all else fails, perform a factory reset and reinstall it as a new device. Believe me, I've been there and done that, it works. Good luck!

The same happened to me just now. Disconnect Bluetooth on your phone and then reconnect again and that clears it. Mine is back to normal after doing this but it hasn’t updated and there is no longer an option to update on my phone app. 🙄
