Nothing accessible on my Versa 2

I put my settings to original settings and now nothing works. Is there a way I can turn it off? The screen says I should download the app, I have done so, and Bluetooth has found the versa.

In this case, I would recommend setting up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1628036313975.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you experience difficulties during the set up process, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
