Nothing to show when swipe down

When I swipe down on my watch it only says nothing to show here no options for doing anything else

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding your Fitbit Versa's screen. When you swipe down from the top of the screen you can see notifications and access shortcuts to music controls, Fitbit Pay or Alexa (on supported devices), and quick settings. It's possible that you don't have recent notifications and this is the reason why you see "nothing to show" message. @Franko1968 extra status bar is available only on Fitbit OS 4.0. Which firmware are you running? Please go to Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to About, tap it and check the firmware version there.

Thank you for your reply What the problem actually is that the shortcuts for music controls or quick settings shortcuts only the notifications

I appreciate the additional details and recommend restarting your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Have you checked what @Marrrmaduke suggested?
