I setup my original Fitbit account for my versa Aqua Vitae sent me an update for my phone some reason it no longer recognize the Fitbit account I set up the account again and now I keep getting a notification on my dashboard saying I need to verify my email account I went to the area to do that I was just steps but I still haven't gotten any emails from Fitbit has anyone else had this problem

I will gladly assist you with the account setup. Just to clarify you have now two Fitbit accounts with different email address, is this correct? Where are you looking for when you search for the email confirmation, on the new account's email address or on the old one? Have you tried searching the spam and junk folders on both accounts as @Odyssey13 suggested? Have you tried setting up the original Fitbit account with your Aqua Vitae app? Have you contacted their support team to see why it wasn't recognizing your original Fitbit account?
