I have the Fitbit versa and I have had it for two months. It works great until now, because when I swipe down to get notifications, my screen goes black tgen the Fitbit logo shows up, then when it loads, it is at my home Fitbit screen. I tried shutting down my Fitbit, but that didn’t help. I also tried deleting some apps in case my storage was too full. Do you know of any other ways to fix this problem?
