I am currently using a Versa 2 with my Xiaomi K20 Pro. I have activated notifications from the fitbit app but the feature is not working. I see the message on my fitbit app "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re enable notifications on your tracker."

 

I restarted my phone multiple times but it did not help. I even cleared the app cache from settings but am still facing the same issue.

 

My brother in law used this versa 2 for 4 days before I took it. He was using this with an iPhone 8 and was receiving all notifications without any issues.

Same issue here, using Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 pro with Versa 2. Cleared the Fitbit app Data multiple times and logged in again and still the same issue.
