Notification service not running error with versa lite on my MI note 5

Can anybody help here. I've been getting a notification service not running bug egrn I pair my versa lite with MI note 5 set. Pretty much tried all suggestions that different users have posted in this community

Hi @raksbhav This error is on you phoneand has nothing to do with the Versa. 

I'm not sure what has been tried.. 

Have you tried logging out and in? 

This should force the app to request permissions of which the user will want to agree to. 

If this doesn't work, open the app. Go to the tracker settings / notifications / tap the 3 dots in the top right and disable notification. Now enable and accept the permissions.. 

 

If it still is not working. Let's check the phone's setting / apps / Fitbit / notifications and permissions.
