Notifications and call alerts stops working all the time

when your get too many notifications the notifications and call alerts will stop working on the watch and too resolve it you need to clear all the notifications on the phone and the watch and it may start working again. A restart of the watch and phone works for a little while. This issue is on both iPhone and Android with the latest system versions. This makes the watch allot less usefull and it needs to be resolved asap. Also it's super stressfull too never know if notifications works it's almost better to not use the watch at all then. And don't say this issue is only for me I have tried 2 different versas 2 different phones both on iOS and Android and I have tried factory reset on the phones and on the watch.

It's great to see you around @CartelZ. Sorry for the delayed reply.  I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. Sorry for the delay reply.

Sorry to hear that you've experienced this with two different Versas and phones. I would like you to confirm that you've tried force quitting the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your watch, refresh notifications and set them up again. You can find the instructions in this article.

Also, you can double check that your phones have the latest app version. If you're still experiencing issues after performing this, I can create a case on your behalf with my team.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the article!, The article often helps. But the thing that bugs me is that it always seems to brake again pretty short after.  But I will go through it and come back later and report how it went. 🙂
