After update to Fitbit and phone,Notifications from phone stopped working on Versa 2 😞

To better assist you, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

 

If your phone does meet the requirements listed above, I'd like to know if by any chance you get any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If so, please let me know what the message says so I can go from there. 

 

In the meantime, please make sure you've also followed the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I have it working again 🙂
I had done all the steps you listed but did them again, in your order.
Cannot believe how many hours I have spent (1.5 today)

It did not help me. I get no error message and i have a note 20 ultra 5g. It wont sync and no notifications come through

Hi there, @TurtleWalker. Welcome on board. If your watch is not syncing, the notifications won't come through neither. 

With that being said, please make sure that your Note 20 Ultra meets the requirements listed here.
