My Versa 2 Fitbit and phone will sync Fitbit info Ile steps and heart rate, but I can't get texts, calls, or emails on my Fitbit since I switched phones. I have a Samsung galaxy s20 fe phone. OS is 11, so it should be compatible. I've turned all notifications on in the app, I've removed and readded my versa 2,and restarted my phone.

Why won't it work? How do I get it to work?

Hi there, @Amalyk. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

It seems that your Versa  2 cannot receive notifications from you new phone since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your watch and the old phone's Bluetooth. With that said, try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your  Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
  • Set up notifications again.

Hope that helps.

Hello,

I actually did all that.

At first, yes, it was still paired with my old phone, now it's not and it's paired with my new phone.

Now what?
