Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

Anyone else having this issue over the past few days? I have tried all trouble shooting ideas.

Unfortunately, what we thought was going to help me receive notifications has not worked.

This happened to me as well a few months ago and Fitbit ended up sending me a replacement.  Notifications now work most of the time, but syncing is still very inconsistent as it has been since day 1 of getting the Versa 2.  Sure wish I could exchange this for something that works.
