Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

The app is showing phone need to restart but even after restart, the notifications are not getting enable and app is still showing the same.

I was receiving the notifications previously but now since last few days not getting the same on my watch.

If you're getting exactly this message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
