Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

My versa 2 is acting up. The notifications from my phone are not showing up on my watch. Yesterday I reset the watch, deleted the app, reinstalled it, and reconnected the watch to the phone. It worked fine and the notifications were showing up for a few hours and then it stopped working again. Does anyone know what is going on? I checked all the basic things like the phone and watch settings (like the do not disturb and stuff like that).

Hi there, @DevNate. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

Are the notifications not coming through at all? Do you receive any error message in the Fitbit app?

I recommend you to follow the troubleshooting steps provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?

In addition, if you have a Huawei phone, you can try:

  1. On your phone, open the Settings app > Apps and notifications > Apps.
  2. Tap Fitbit > Battery.
  3. Turn off the Power-intensive prompt option.
  4. Tap Launch.
  5. Turn off the Manage automatically option, and turn on the Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background options.
  6. Tap OK.

Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.

No notifications are coming through. I have not had an error message in the
Fitbit app. I've only had it a few weeks. It worked fine when I got it, but
it doesn't. Super disappointed.

Bonjour J'ai essayé ce que vous proposez mais ça ne fonctionne pas je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne reçois pas les messages sur ma montre versa 2

Pareil pour moi je ne l'ai que depuis une semaine et déjà deux erreurs de notification si vous avez une solution je suis preneuse
