Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 won't show any of my notifications from my phone. I've tried resetting it and also a factory reset of the watch and it still won't work. Watch is syncing to the app no problem but won't show any notifications and I also tried the test phonecall from the app and it wouldn't ship up on my phone. All notifications are enabled on my phone so I really don't know what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check that you haven't accidentally turned on 'Sleep Mode'.  That would prevent all notifications, except alarms.  You can find it in Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Mutter-62   "My clock doesn't work" doesn't sound to me anything like original poster's "no notifications", at least to me.  For a different problem, you are generally better off starting a new thread.

I have this problem as well, I even went to the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling my app still no notifications

Same and I chatted with support. No help. Can't figure it out.

I have also started having this problem. While it's encouraging to find I'm not the only one, it's disappointing to see there are no solutions as of yet. I do hope someone comes to our rescue soon!

I believe I have found the solution. I uninstalled the app from my smartphone, then reinstalled it. The test call and my test email both showed up on my Versa2. Problem solved!

I'm glad to read I'm not the only one where notifications had randomly stopped. I have a versa lite, and it stopped getting notifications in the early hours of yesterday morning.  I've just the usual restart,  check notification settings,  don't not disturb/ sleep, nothing is working.

Having my watch means I don't have to carry my phone around the house.

From reading comments there is clearly some issue with the software or something. Please fix ASAP.

It worked thank you so much for getting back a second time 🍾🍾

Best Answer

What did you do to solve it please ?  I've deleted and re-installed the app and reset the watch several times to no avail !  Helppppppp 😞

Best Answer

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that helped. There was also a (new) notice that the tracker wouldn't send notifications about phone calls if you have your phone ringer to silent.

Oh nevermind, you can change the settings to always vibrate.

I had to change the notification settings on both the Fitbit app and on my phone. I think mine stopped working after my phone did an update earlier this week.
