Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 won't show any of my notifications from my phone. I've tried resetting it and also a factory reset of the watch and it still won't work. Watch is syncing to the app no problem but won't show any notifications and I also tried the test phonecall from the app and it wouldn't ship up on my phone. All notifications are enabled on my phone so I really don't know what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here too. I see alot of people are having the same problem. I added a new clock face I thought that was the problem. Also Versa 2. It's frustrating. I looked in my notifications nothing changed. Sleep mode is not on.

I did that yesterday in an attempt to fix this problem. It worked! For about an hour... I'm back to no notifications. Another thing, that I've also seen reported recently, if I try to connect from my Bluetooth settings it says "you need an app for that," even though I HAVE an app for that, lol,  and the watch and the app are synching just fine.

Hi. I uninstalled the Fitbit app from my phone, then reinstalled it. That
solved the problem for me.

I uninstalled and installed the app again. Make sure you have the permissions for everything is allowed in your settings. That seems to have fixed it.

Since the update of the app and iPhone, notifications have been scrolling around constantly on the app and not sending to my Charge 2! I have tried forced closing of the app, turning notifications on and off in all of the places on my phone and Fitbit, turning my iPhone on and off, turning Bluetooth on and off, checked all of my settings and still getting the notifications not sending to my Fitbit!! The most important thing in my job is notifications so that I am not looking at my phone unnecessarily, but now I find myself relying on the vibration of the phone! What’s going on?! So frustrating!!!
