Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

My versa 2 won't show any of my notifications from my phone. I've tried resetting it and also a factory reset of the watch and it still won't work. Watch is syncing to the app no problem but won't show any notifications and I also tried the test phonecall from the app and it wouldn't ship up on my phone. All notifications are enabled on my phone so I really don't know what's going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I've got the same problem. I've reset my watch, god knows how many times now!

I started getting notifications a few hours ago. I was so surprised when my
husband called I looked at my watch and said to myself finally its working.
Too excited that I didn't answer the phone☺☺

After unInstall and reInstall the APP 3 times, now my clock works !!!

There is only my phone call notification not my texts or emails

My SO and I are both having issues with notifications not coming through since a recent update. None of the troubleshooting suggested has fixed the issue for more than a few hours. It looks like Fitbit has no interest in addressing issues with older devices to try to push owners to purchase the newer devices. This isn't the first issue that they have caused with their devices that they have also never got around to actually fixing, so I don't expect an actual resolution to this issue. We are both moving to a different smart watch platform.

I'm thinking of the same thing. Next purchase will be a different brand.
But i hope that they do fix the problem.

Das Problem habe ich schon 2 Wochen..fitbit hat zwar die Info,  das synchronisieren mit Android im Moment nicht möglich ist,  ich finde es ne Sauerei...für das gleiche geld bekomme ich ne samsung Active2... bin echt am überlegen ob ich meine versa 2 verkaufe.  Kotzt mich an

Ich habe Glück gehabt, nachdem ich zum 3. Mal die APP installiert habe, funktioniert ( bis jetzt) meine Uhr
