Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I have had my Versa 2 for only 2 weeks. My iPhone 11 is about 18 months old and the iOS is up to date (running 14.6). Notifications are turned on for specific apps only - calls, text and my phone's  Alarmed app. None of these come through. I have turned off the phone many times, synced repeatedly, turned off the watch, all to no avail. Only once, on day 2, when I first realised I had not turned notifications ON and then synced, I corrected this and asked a friend to send me a text. That came through - but no further texts came through that day or at any time since then.

Update: My bad! I had accidentally turned on "Do not disturb"  All good now 🙂

Hi there, @KayeSyd. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and sharing the outcome of your issue. I'm glad to hear you managed to solve it. 🙂

Regarding do not disturb, please keep in mind that when you turn on that feature:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the watch to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • You see a do not disturb icon at the top of the screen when you swipe down to see your notifications.

You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time.
