Hi,
Notifications don't work on my Versa 2, I am using Huawei Horizon stk-lx1. (They've only randomly worked twice since I had the Fitbit, without doing anything special) I have looked into all the tips, all the notifications are on on my phone, but still nothing.
Is this issue fixed or do I need to change my phone?
Thanks

Hi there, @ElMo14. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Are you by any chance receiving any error message in the Fitbit app? If you're getting this error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I'd like to provide the following steps that actually work for Huawei users:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I've followed the steps and I believe steps 4-6 did the trick in the end, because the notifications are coming through now, so thanks again 🙂
Have a nice day!
