Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I am unable to see the notification since yesterday.. On fitbit app it says- Notification service not running, restart your device.

 

Tried several times restarting my ph, device, pairing unpairing.. its not working..

 

It happened before also.. an year ago..but that time it got fixed, as i was told to keep syncronizing the device with the fitbit app.. for sometime.

 

This time nothing is happening. 

 

Please help
