I got my watch only today and it already stopped receiving notification and also I can't contact them by chat at all. Never went through. Anyone?

Hi @GeicyCicari - there seems to be a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App.
But as it's a new watch it can also require setting up properly.
When you click profile photo, device photo, notifications, and set up the elements, also click App notifications for all other apps.
It may not work till a newer Fitbit App version is released.
You can normally chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Hello. Thank you. But it seems this is another problem. When I click on my profile pic nothing happens. The only thing I can do is change the photo. And doesn't matter where I go, the chat doesn't work at all. It starts showing that it's being connect but at the same minute it went back to previous page showing that a error occurred. This is so frustrating since today is my second day with this watch.

Oh, btw, and some apps if I go to notifications, shows "default" and it's not particle to even click on it. Used to be just wpp, now it's calendar, Gmail, etc... Instagram is okay but I don't receive its notification anymore as well.

@GeicyCicari- if you can't click the profile photo in the phone app, probably best to try via https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

@GeicyCicari- it would seem from the good feedback of people in the forums that those who can install the Android Fitbit App 3.65 version can resolve the not getting notifications problem in the previous release. See if it is available for you. And make sure in Quick Settings [swipe the watch face right] that Sleep and Do not disturb are disabled.
