I just upgraded from Versa Lite to Versa 2 and I have not been able to receive call and yext notifications. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app and reset my device, but nothing. I get the test call notification but none when i actually receive calls and texts on my phone.

Hi there, @Allusivezang. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, it seems that your Versa 2 cannot connect properly to your Fitbit app since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your old watch and the phone's Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 and old Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your new Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
  • Set up the notifications again.

Hi @Allusivezang  - it could be Do not disturb is enabled or the old watch is still paired.

First remove the Bluetooth entry for the Versa Lite from the phone.

On the watch pull the face down once and then again and tap the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and disable Sleep and Do not disturb.

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Device photo and Notifications and set them up and also near the bottom, App Notifications.

Sync the watch and then see.

If necessary logout of the Fitbit App and restart both phone and watch and sync.
