I don’t receive notifications on my Versa2 such as calls and texts. I have a Samsung A40 phone and all notifications are enabled in both devices. Do not disturb is off. Anyone help please?

Hi there, @Silver56. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!
By any chance, are you getting any error message regarding the notifications not working? If so and you're getting this error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I'd like to provide the following steps that actually work for Huawei users, but even if you a different Android device, I'd still suggest giving them a try:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.

Hi @Silver56 - Is Sleep disabled on the watch?
If neither Sleep nor Do not disturb are on, try logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone as this often restores things.
Some useful places to look
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
