Notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I can’t get message notifications on my Versa 4. I’ve tried all the different methods mentioned online and on the support page but it’s still not working! Help?

Hi @DebP13 - can you please clarify which watch you have Versa 2/Versa 4, and the steps you tried, to give you a better chance at getting a resolution..

I don't have an I phone.. I fixed the problem by rebooting my watch and phone at the sametimeSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
