Hi, I have Mi 12 pro and I can't make it work. I have versa for long time, and since I have my Mi 12 pro notifications don't work. I tried everything I can think off. Install again, turn on and off notifications, restart everything phone and Versa. Am angry and did give up on fixing the problem and ignored it for months but, I really need them to connect. Tnx

Hi @citrobaba - if you changed phone the can be issues.
Make sure the watch is removed from Bluetooth on the old phone or it is switched off.
On the new phone remove the Bluetooth entry for the watch and logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and watch.
Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync again.
If you don't get it syncing click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
On the watch long press the button to get to Quick Settings and make sure again that sleep and do not disturb are not enabled.

It is better, but 1 of 3 messages came on Versa. It work but not every time so I would say it isn't good.

@citrobaba- thanks, that's good you get some messages - make sure that the Fitbit App and associated services are enabled to run in background otherwise you may not get notifications if the App isn't running in foreground. Also the phone needs to be close by.
see also How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
You can use the free SimpleCheckUp app to see if your phone can be reached at any time which is a way of checking if the app is working in background.
