My versa 2 is not allowing my messages to appear. Calls do most of the time but no texts. I also can’t get other apps to appear

Hi there, @tlc83. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and the details provided in your post. I will do my best to help you with this. 

To better assist you, may I know if you're using an iOS device? If so, I was wondering if the text messages that your Versa 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Regarding the other apps you say you are not getting, may I know what are they?
