Hi @Nannypeggy - there can be many reasons why you don't get notifications.

If you were getting them it's possible your Quick Settings changed to Sleep mode or Do not disturb mode (long press the button to check, if it's not been reassigned).

The phone needs to be nearby and connected, sometimes it isn't, with multiple devices or issues with the App.

And notifications need to be setup correctly.
