Since the update I no longer receive Whatsapp messages or e-mails on my Fitbit. I've checked all my settings on my Android device, but there is no reason it shouldn't work. I gave the authorization to the fitbit app to send messages and it has always worked up until the latest update. Anyone else facing these problems?

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Versa 3 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
