I have tried other resolutions mentioned in this forum. Have searched in App permissions but my Android does not have an 'always on' button.
I miss a lot of messages or they're delayed because I'm not always in my phone.
Any other suggestions?

Hi there, @DrJohn157. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. @Marks436 Thank you for trying to help!
By any chance do you receive any error message in the Fitbit app? If you're getting this error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
I'd like to provide the following steps that actually work for Huawei users; however, if you have another Android phone, I'd still recommend to give them a try:
Note that you may see a message on your phone related to power consumption and apps scanning in the background. If you follow the steps in this message, the Fitbit app can’t run in the background and certain features may not work properly. Repeat the steps above to enable the Fitbit app to run in the background.
Hope that helps.

Hi @DrJohn157 - on the phone have you checked that battery saving is not enabled for the Fitbit App and Bluetooth, and that notifications are allowed when screen lock is on?
